Were going with one star picked out a couch and was told 4 to 6 weeks to get in home. Why not put a sign on it that it takes six weeks to get. Will update. Received couch in 39 days

A short while after the recliner tilts to right side. A handyman fixed and now 4 months later it is lopsided again. Called for service and put on hold for over 10 minutes.. no help at all.
