My husband and I went to Ashley in search of a new sofa. My husband went in before me and perused the store while I ran an errand nearby. When I caught up with him, he introduced me to Otis, our sales Rep, as if they'd been bffs. Otis was great! He was very accommodating, patient, professional, courteous, and he listened to both of us equally about what we wanted in a sofa. When we found the one we liked, he explained the options clearly and we were very pleased with what we chose as well with the price and availability schedule. We will be returning to Ashley for a closer look at a terrific bedroom set we saw as we were leaving (it was past closing time when we left) and we will definitely ask for Otis when we do. Buying furniture is not an easy thing but Otis made it pleasant and he has a great sense of humor. All in all a great experience for such a daunting task.
Great experience at the Middletown NY Ashley HomeStore! We had such a wonderful sales rep (John Anthony)! Welcoming smile and such a great attitude. We helped us with exactly what we were looking for. We ended up walking out with a whole new living room set for an amazing price! He even helped us pick out the lamps (he has great taste!). Excellent staff and quality furniture. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be a repeat customer!
Then I decided that I needed a new mattress as my current mattress was dipping after 10 years of usage. I return to Ashley Furniture and met with both Dennis and Ethyl. Ethyl explained about the various types of mattresses and allowed me to relax on them to determine my comfort level. I appreciate her understanding regarding my budget and the fact that Ashley had options that satisfied my budget.
I recently purchased a dining room set that I'm truly in love with. With me being so indecisive and overwhelmed with all the different choices, John Anthony was very patient, knowledgeable and accommodating in helping me choose the best set to fit my needs. At the end, Maddie was there to make sure everything ran smoothly. I strongly recommend asking for John Anthony to receive a wonderful shopping experience.
