Bad customer service I financed a living room sectional after 5 months the foam cushions lost there comfort I purchased a warranty and It was not covered 4800.00 down the drain. Then the store shuts down and re opens with a bunch of gimmick sales..
I ordered a sofa July 2015 and it has not been delivered..Numerous times the sofa was back ordered then I went to the store and it was closed. I had left several messages. Finally I'm told the item is unavailable. I'm still waiting for my money to be credited back to my account. I paid in Full. Its been three weeks now and no one returns my call.
