If I could give no stars I definitely would!! I have been bringing my two dogs to pet smart since puppies. The last couple times we have tried to get them in for baths it's been nothing but problems. The staff in the grooming department has made it difficult to bring them in for appointments. They act as if they are afraid of big dogs and have given us a hard time and made excuses not to take them. Sadly, we will no longer will be buying anything from pet smart. We will be bringing our business elsewhere.
People think just because they work there they are profesional at animal care. They would sell u the most unneeded stuff for your pet. People do ur research before spending a dime for ur new pet.
Clean, well-lit, organized with a huge selection of pet products. Staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Please check out PetSmart website as prices are cheaper but will match in store.
Great store friendly employees prices are a little high .I love we can bring my dog he loves his weekly trip.
Went to purchase a few ghost shrimp and the two guys that worked there gave me and my friend a nice class on the different fishes I appreciated it
