I would highly recommend this storage facility. Jeanne was such a pleasure to work with. She gave us all of the information necessary to pick the right size unit to meet our needs. I've had my stuff in storage for a year (10ft x 30ft unit) and always felt that it was totally secure. I live in the state of Florida now so I mailed her my unit keys and she is going to make sure the movers are able to get in my unit on the day of the move. It's that kind of customer service that I really appreciate. If I ever need a unit up there in the future I will only use Storage Concepts. It's a great company!
A little pricey since they just raised each unit $12/month and they were pricey to begin with. I understand place raise consumer cost due to more expense on their end, however, not sure if storage unit prices are justified to go up, maybe down in this economy. Gave it 4 stars because the place is very well kept, clean and the customer service is great. The 5th star would be added if the price was a bit more acceptable. I have 4 units there.

I have nothing to say, but positive things about Columbia Self Storage. Jeanne was delightful and informative throughout my leasing process. The facility is extremely clean and tidy. Rarely do you find storage facilities this well-maintained. I will be coming back for all future storage needs.
