This place earned my five stars because they treated me like I was an important customer and they went above and beyond what they needed to do for me. I had dress pants that needed to be pressed because I messed them up and they did it for me in moments and without charge. I cannot say if this will happen again but I know I will be back.
It was a rainy day and I managed to finally get there with my 3 year old. I looked and felt disheveled this day. As soon as i walked in i was immediately greeted with a hello and all smiles by everyone I felt like they would break out into a Disney song like "be our guest"... I needed an evening gown hemmed and the amazingly sweet lady that took me in absolutely made my day! I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks! My dress ended up being ready way earlier than I requested. What an amazing place. I noticed other customers just walked in and spoke as if they were family with the staff. One other customer had an issue with an item and the gentleman there took care of the issue very gracefully. This will be my "go to" place for all my special attire. Thank you for such great service!
