Called to inquire about buying a few Alex and Ani bracelets and no one even bothered to pick up the phone! Guess I'll be shopping elsewhere!
My husband, Willie Hayes, has frequented this jeweler over the years. Recently, he took two Movado watches (mine) to the jeweler in order to replace the batteries. My husband lost the receipt, and went to the jeweler to plead his case. He ran into a brick wall. The jeweler was unwilling to help my husband without the receipt. I reiterate, my husband has frequented this jeweler and is able to present his identification. He is a retired NYPD detective, and this jeweler should be familiar with my husband. In order to keep customers, you would think that this jeweler would make every attempt to help. This jeweler did not. If I could give this jeweler a negative rating, I would. I will take it to social media and every news outlet that will accept my negative rating of this jewelry shop. This is not how to maintain a customer base.
Chad and Maria were both so helpful! They helped me find the perfect gift for my boyfriend Jesse and I’m sure he will love it! Will be back for more birthdays and holidays etc. loved this place !
