I purchased an Apple Watch from this store and after some time I had problems with it that weren’t by fault of myself or any current staff member working in the store. However, the managers worked diligently at finding a more than satisfactory results in resolving the issue. They stood behind the Apple product and made sure I felt valued as an Elite member.
Took a long time to get help. Many workers see you but are too busy goofing off together. I made purchase online thinking it would be faster pick up...nope. I was the 1st in line and just stood there my gosh must have been about 20 minutes before they started to engage me. Then the order was paid in full online but someone in store goofed it up! Don't like going there....
The customer service is stellar everyone is willing to help each customer with any questions they might have. The one particular customer rep that I had spent over an hour chatting me about different items and features. She was very knowledgeable and I thank all of the best buy employees.
They had all the gadgets I needed for my Christmas shopping list, the staff here were very helpful, had knowledge of their products and answered all my questions. Two thumbs up! Will definetely keep shopping at this store for my electronics.
