Went to two other shops before stopping here. Rich greeted me as I was walking in and helped me pick out a bike that would suit my needs. He is very personable and has a laid back demeanor. He wasn't trying to up sell me into something I didn't need. We discussed the bike, he let me take it for a spin around the block and adjusted it so it fits me perfectly. He has a nice selection of bikes and accessories and the staff are very passionate about cycling. I will definitely be a repeat customer. A+++
